  • Arugula
  • Shrimp (pre-cooked)
  • Bresaola (dried beef)
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, flour, kefir, and salt to form a smooth dough.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth, then cook it on both sides in a non-stick skillet until golden brown.
  3. Spread the tomato paste evenly over the base, then layer with arugula, shrimp, bresaola, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 10 minutes.
